I’ve been spending most of my free time on this altered book. This is some sort of a retrospective/nostalgic work. The book I used to create was “altered” many years ago by myself(when I was 2 or 3 years old.) without knowing what I was doing. I found it really fascinating to rework on those pages. My childhood drawings, scribblings, letters and all sorts of imaginary creatures are there. I gave those forms a precious place in my recreation. This is a preview created using one of flickr toys. If you have time, please click on the image to go in and browse through my pages. Thanks for looking.
I noticed this on Flickr~ the idea that you started this from childhood just gives me chills. lol~Awesome!
I added you ;)
I also notice you have a website~ love it!
Oh thank you! :)
My website needs a major update. Lot’s of recent paintings are there to be added.
Wow… I really like that.
Nice work.
Thank you Tara:) I have many more pages to work on. Will post them when I’m done.
This is just gorgeous… are you going to display it all as one big piece, somehow?
I’ve had an idea in my mind for a while for an piece involving book and photos, this might have persuaded me to get on and try it…
Thank you very much for your nice comment Nicola.
Yes, someone on Flickr made a similar suggestion, so I’m considering about getting a large(5’x6′?) print out.
I’m looking forward to see your work. So better get started :D
damn awesome
Its probably obvious I like making altered books also. These are great! I love how you have this wonderful ability to make every page its own peice. Altering what you have started when you were young is such a great idea as well. Kinda like conversing with yourself in a way.
Re: damn awesome

Yes indeed it was some sort of a conversation with my own soul and my past. Btw, I have more pages to work. Will post them as soon as possible. Pls come again :)
